Job Description

The Senior Executive supports the University Counselling Centre within NTU’s University Wellbeing Office. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in counselling administration, psychology, social services, education, business administration, or a related discipline, together with relevant experience in student services, healthcare, counselling operations, or office coordination. The role is expected to manage appointments and records, coordinate counselling and wellbeing programmes, support outreach activities, liaise with students and internal stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication, organisation, customer-service, problem-solving, and digital administration skills are important.
