Job Description

The Senior Executive, Resident Relations supports the effective administration and daily operations of NTU’s residential community. Responsibilities typically include managing resident enquiries, coordinating room and housing matters, handling feedback and complaints, supporting residential programmes, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with students, staff, vendors, and campus partners. Candidates are expected to have a degree or diploma, relevant experience in housing, hospitality, student services, customer relations, or administration, and strong written and spoken English. The role requires sound judgement, organisation, empathy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A service-oriented attitude, proficiency with office systems, and willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or during residential activities would be advantageous.
