The Research Fellow will conduct research on climate-risk perception, community archetypes and behavioural responses, supporting the design, analysis and publication of interdisciplinary studies. Typical requirements include a PhD or equivalent experience in behavioural science, psychology, sociology, environmental studies, public policy or a related field; strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills; experience with surveys, interviews, data analysis and academic writing; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Candidates are expected to manage research tasks, interpret complex findings, contribute to reports and publications, communicate with stakeholders, and engage with community-based research. Familiarity with statistical software, mixed-methods research and climate or sustainability issues would be advantageous.
