Candidates are generally expected to hold a PhD in materials science, materials engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or a related discipline. Relevant expertise in materials synthesis, characterization, nanomaterials, energy materials, microscopy, or other advanced laboratory techniques is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, scientific writing and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary research team.
