Job Description

The Executive/Senior Executive, One-Stop role supports students and other university stakeholders through a central service point. Responsibilities typically include handling enquiries through walk-in, email and telephone channels; providing accurate information on academic, administrative and student services; processing applications and requests; maintaining records; coordinating with internal departments; and assisting with service improvements. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, preferably in business administration, education, customer service or a related field, together with relevant experience in front-line service or university administration. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are expected, along with professionalism, patience, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office software and student-information systems is advantageous.
