Job Description

The Executive supports NTU's Public, International and Alumni Relations (PIAR) Department, with responsibilities likely covering communications, media or stakeholder engagement, alumni activities, international relations, events and administrative coordination. Candidates are generally expected to hold a diploma or degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, international relations or a related discipline. Strong writing, editing, interpersonal and organisational skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with diverse stakeholders. The role requires professionalism, initiative, attention to detail and confidence in coordinating events, preparing materials and representing the university.
