Job Description

This role supports the planning, administration and continuous improvement of graduate programmes at NTU. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in programme administration, academic operations, student services or higher education, and strong organisational, communication and coordination skills. The successful candidate is expected to manage programme processes, support admissions and student records, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports, liaise with faculty and stakeholders, and ensure policies and deadlines are followed. Attention to detail, service orientation, discretion, proficiency with office and administrative systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important.
