Senior Planner

Job Description

The Senior Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting project schedules across major infrastructure, resources or rail projects. Requirements typically include substantial planning experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software, and proven capability in critical-path analysis, progress measurement, forecasting and schedule risk management. Experience in complex construction or engineering environments, together with sound commercial awareness and clear communication skills, is expected. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors and clients, provide reliable performance reports, identify delays and support recovery planning. A relevant qualification in engineering, construction management, project management or a related discipline is commonly preferred.
