The Senior HSE Advisor will support the delivery of a major renewable-energy project in Queensland by implementing health, safety and environmental systems, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, monitoring compliance, investigating incidents, and advising project leaders and contractors. Candidates are expected to hold relevant HSE qualifications, such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, with substantial experience on construction, infrastructure, energy or major projects. Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, environmental requirements, incident management and contractor safety is essential. The role requires excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, along with the confidence to influence safe behaviours in a busy site environment. Regional or remote project experience and a willingness to travel or work rostered arrangements may also be required.
