Job Description

The Project Administrator – Plant & Logistics supports project teams with administrative coordination for plant, equipment, transport and logistics activities. Typical requirements include administrative or project support experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate data and document management, and the ability to maintain registers, schedules, purchase records and reports. Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, rail or logistics is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to communicate effectively with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors, work safely and confidentially, manage competing priorities, and provide reliable support in a deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with UGL systems, procurement processes, equipment tracking and relevant compliance documentation would be beneficial.
