The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant supports residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing in a care-home setting. Responsibilities typically include planning and leading meaningful activities, encouraging participation, supporting individual interests, organising group events, maintaining activity records and working closely with care staff, residents and families. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, creative and confident communicating with older people, including those living with dementia.
