Its homes serve older people and, in some locations, adults requiring specialist support.

Destination Guide

The United Kingdom offers employment opportunities across healthcare, social care, technology, finance, education and engineering, with particularly strong demand for experienced care managers and registered nurses. British culture is diverse and generally values professionalism, punctuality, privacy and clear communication. Lifestyle varies from busy cities to quieter coastal and rural communities, supported by public transport, the NHS and a wide range of cultural activities. Employers normally require the right to work in the UK. Depending on the occupation, salary and employer sponsorship status, overseas candidates may need a Skilled Worker visa; care-sector immigration rules and eligible occupations change regularly, so check GOV.UK before accepting an offer. Relocation costs, housing deposits, council tax and transport should be budgeted for, especially in London and southern England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can offer lower living costs in many areas.
