Job Description

The RN Primary Health role requires current Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board registration, relevant primary healthcare experience, immunisation and medication competencies, and the ability to complete required screening and compliance checks. Experience in remote, community, correctional, occupational or general practice nursing is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide safe, evidence-based patient care, conduct assessments, support health promotion and chronic disease management, maintain accurate clinical records, and work collaboratively with doctors and multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility, sound clinical judgement, cultural sensitivity, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are important.
