The CSR-Teller serves branch customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, fund transfers, account inquiries, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; strong numerical and communication skills; attention to detail; customer-service orientation; and willingness to work in a branch environment. Banking, cashiering, or sales experience may be an advantage, although qualified fresh graduates may be considered.
