Job Description

The CSR–Teller serves customers at Metrobank’s Kamagong–Sampaloc Branch by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, fund transfers, and other routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Candidates are generally expected to have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, although relevant customer-service or cash-handling experience may also be considered. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, integrity, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency are important. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling cash, following banking controls and compliance procedures, resolving customer concerns professionally, meeting service standards, and working collaboratively in a busy branch environment.
