Job Description

The CSR–Teller supports daily branch operations by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, fund transfers, account inquiries, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements typically include a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field; strong customer-service and communication skills; basic computer proficiency; numerical accuracy; and the ability to follow banking controls and procedures. Prior teller, cashier, or customer-service experience may be advantageous, although entry-level candidates may be considered. The successful candidate is expected to provide courteous service, maintain confidentiality, balance transactions, identify customer needs, comply with regulatory and anti-money-laundering requirements, and contribute to branch sales and service targets.
