The CSR–Teller handles daily branch transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, fund transfers, account inquiries, and cash balancing. Candidates typically need a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, although relevant banking or customer-service experience may also be considered. The role requires strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, integrity, computer literacy, and clear communication skills.
