The CSR–Teller is expected to handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, account servicing, cash balancing, and other branch transactions accurately and efficiently. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; strong numerical and communication skills; customer-service orientation; and willingness to work on-site in Makati. Experience in teller operations, cash handling, or banking is advantageous, although qualified entry-level applicants may be considered. The successful candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable following strict banking controls, compliance procedures, and service standards. Flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to manage customer queues and transaction volumes are also expected.
