This leadership role is responsible for designing and implementing fraud-prevention strategies for Rakuten Mobile while supporting business growth and managing operational risk. Requirements are likely to include substantial experience in fraud detection, risk management, compliance, telecommunications, payments, or related fields; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and the ability to develop policies, controls, monitoring systems, and response procedures. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior executives is highly valued. The successful candidate is expected to identify emerging threats, balance customer convenience with security, improve fraud controls, and work closely with technology, operations, finance, legal, and customer-service teams.
