Job Description

The Contract Administrator supports the commercial and contractual management of construction projects. Requirements generally include experience in construction contract administration, strong written and verbal communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and familiarity with procurement, variations, progress claims, extensions of time, subcontractor payments, and document control. Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, business, or a related discipline are advantageous.
