Job Description

The Traffic Office Administrator supports the smooth running of Royal Mail transport operations by coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining accurate records, processing operational information and communicating with drivers, managers and delivery teams. The role typically requires strong administration and organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence using computer systems and the ability to manage changing priorities in a busy transport environment.
