Job Description

The Senior Instructor, Technical Training role is expected to design and deliver technical training for aviation or aerospace maintenance personnel. Requirements typically include a relevant engineering, aircraft maintenance, or technical qualification; substantial industry experience; strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; and recognized instructional or assessor credentials. The successful candidate should be confident teaching classroom and practical sessions, developing training materials, assessing learner competency, maintaining accurate records, and working with internal teams and regulators. Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills are important. Experience with aircraft systems, maintenance training, or a regulated aviation environment would be advantageous.
