Senior Technician (Contract)

Job Description

The Senior Technician is expected to perform technical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting and repair work according to engineering specifications and safety procedures. Candidates should typically have an Nitec, Higher Nitec, diploma or equivalent technical qualification, with relevant hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics or systems work. The role requires the ability to read technical drawings, use test and measuring equipment, complete maintenance records and work effectively with engineers and operations teams. Candidates should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, physically fit where required and willing to work shifts, overtime or at different project locations. Contract staff are expected to meet quality, productivity and schedule targets while following ST Engineering’s workplace, security and compliance requirements.
