Job Description

The Assistant Operation Control Manager is expected to support daily operational control, coordinate work activities, monitor schedules and resources, and ensure that operational targets, safety standards and service requirements are met. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in engineering, operations management, logistics or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in operations, facilities, transport or industrial environments. Candidates should be organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills are important, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams and respond effectively to operational issues. Experience with reporting systems, process improvement, workforce planning or shift-based operations would be advantageous.
