Job Description

The Laundry Manager oversees daily laundry and linen operations, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, repairs, storage and distribution. Candidates typically need hotel laundry or housekeeping experience, strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, chemical handling, linen control, quality standards and workplace safety. Supervisory experience, good organization, staff-training ability and communication skills are expected. The role requires coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering and external laundry suppliers, while controlling costs, maintaining equipment and ensuring timely service. Experience in a luxury or large-scale hotel environment is preferred, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
