Job Description

The Reservations – ERS Executive manages hotel reservations through Marriott’s reservation systems, handling bookings, amendments, cancellations, room availability and guest enquiries. The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous reservations, front-office or hospitality experience is preferred, while familiarity with Opera, Marriott systems or other property-management platforms is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to represent The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury service standards, respond promptly and professionally, protect guest and payment information, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and support occupancy and revenue goals. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
