Job Description

The Senior Butler provides highly personalized service to villa guests, manages pre-arrival planning, coordinates requests across resort departments, and ensures an exceptional St. Regis experience. Requirements typically include previous experience as a butler, guest relations executive, concierge, or in a luxury hotel; strong English communication skills; excellent grooming and service etiquette; and the ability to use hotel systems and manage guest preferences discreetly. Additional languages, luxury-resort experience, and knowledge of food, beverages, local activities, and cultural etiquette are advantageous. The candidate is expected to be proactive, calm under pressure, flexible with shifts, attentive to detail, and capable of leading or supporting junior butlers while maintaining Marriott and St. Regis standards.
