Job Description

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for collecting, sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding and distributing guest and resort linen, uniforms and other hotel laundry. Requirements typically include previous laundry, housekeeping or hotel experience, basic understanding of laundry equipment and chemicals, physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is expected to maintain high hygiene standards, follow operating procedures, handle fabrics carefully, keep the laundry area clean and organized, and deliver consistent service. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with teamwork and a professional attitude, is essential. Experience in a luxury resort is advantageous.
