Job Description

The Cook prepares and presents food for banquet service, Towers restaurants, pastry, or bakery operations at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. Typical requirements include professional kitchen experience, knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a multicultural team. Pastry or bakery experience may be preferred for specialist assignments.
