Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping and laundry departments at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Bay. Requirements typically include several years of hotel housekeeping experience, previous supervisory or managerial responsibility, strong knowledge of cleaning standards, room inspections, laundry operations, budgeting, inventory control and health and safety procedures. Good English communication, leadership, organization and problem-solving skills are expected; resort experience and familiarity with Marriott service standards are advantageous. The successful candidate should maintain consistently high cleanliness and guest-service standards, coach employees, manage staffing and supplies, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and respond professionally to guest concerns. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts is essential.
