F&B Supervisor - Restaurant

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate service teams, maintain Marriott standards, and help deliver an efficient, welcoming dining experience. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a sound understanding of food and beverage service. The role requires supervising colleagues, managing guest requests and complaints, supporting training, monitoring cleanliness and safety, controlling stock, and coordinating with kitchen and other hotel departments. Flexibility, professional presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected. Previous supervisory experience in a luxury or international hotel is advantageous.
