Job Description

The Demi Chef (Banquets) supports the banquet kitchen by preparing, cooking and presenting food for conferences, weddings, functions and other events. Requirements generally include commercial cookery experience, food-safety knowledge, good knife and preparation skills, and the ability to follow recipes and portion standards. A relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship is advantageous.
