Job Description

The F&B Pool Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage service around the pool area, ensuring an efficient, friendly, and safe guest experience. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel, restaurant, beach club, or poolside operations, good knowledge of service standards, cash handling, hygiene, and guest relations. The candidate should be confident supervising a team, organizing shifts, monitoring stock, processing orders, resolving complaints, and coordinating with kitchen and other hotel departments. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors in a warm climate are expected. Previous luxury-hotel experience and familiarity with Marriott standards are advantageous.
