Job Description

This trainee role supports the Human Resources team with employee records, recruitment administration, onboarding, training coordination, staff communication, and general office tasks. Candidates are typically expected to be studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, business administration, hospitality, or a related field. Good spoken and written Thai and English, basic computer skills, organization, discretion, and a helpful service attitude are important. The successful candidate should be willing to learn hotel HR procedures, work cooperatively with colleagues, handle confidential information responsibly, and maintain a professional standard in a busy hospitality environment. Previous hotel experience may be helpful but is not always required for a trainee position.
