Job Description

The Assistant HR & Training Manager supports employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and staff training. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree or diploma in human resources, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, along with several years of hotel or service-industry experience. Strong knowledge of Qatar labor practices, HR systems, learning and development, and workplace policies is valuable. The role requires confident communication, discretion, organization, and the ability to work with multicultural teams. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate training programs, maintain accurate employee records, support compliance, advise managers, and help create a positive, well-disciplined workplace.
