Job Description

The FAAS Assistant Manager supports clients with complex financial reporting, accounting advisory and transaction-related challenges. Typical responsibilities include managing project workstreams, reviewing financial statements, advising on IFRS and other reporting frameworks, preparing technical accounting papers, and coaching junior team members. Candidates generally need a relevant accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or an equivalent, strong financial reporting experience, and an understanding of IFRS. Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills are expected, along with the ability to manage deadlines, build trusted client relationships and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Experience in professional services, audit, industry accounting or technical accounting is advantageous.
