Job Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will design, maintain and support conference technology infrastructure across VMware vSphere, ESXi and Windows Server environments. Responsibilities are likely to include server provisioning, virtualization administration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, performance management and support for live conference operations. Candidates should have strong experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows Server, networking, storage, backup and enterprise systems administration. Experience supporting highly available environments, major events or audiovisual and conference technology is advantageous. The role requires excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills, along with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure, participate in on-call support and collaborate with global technology teams.
