Job Description

This role supports Citi’s equity markets business from the middle office, helping ensure that trades are captured, confirmed, settled and accurately reflected across internal systems. Typical requirements include experience in securities operations, trade lifecycle management, reconciliations or market products, along with strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Candidates should be comfortable investigating breaks, coordinating with front office, technology, risk and settlement teams, and meeting strict deadlines. Knowledge of Japanese and international equity markets, Excel, and operational controls is valuable. The successful candidate is expected to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, identify process improvements and maintain high standards of accuracy, risk awareness and regulatory compliance.
