Workplace culture values punctuality, preparation, respect for hierarchy, teamwork, and attention to detail, although global companies often have more flexible and direct styles. Japan provides excellent public transport, high personal safety, reliable infrastructure, and diverse food and entertainment. Tokyo is energetic and convenient but expensive; regional cities offer more space and a slower pace.
