Job Description

Citi is seeking an experienced Investment Banker at Vice President level to support corporate and institutional clients in Hong Kong. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline, alongside several years of investment banking or relevant corporate finance experience. Candidates should understand mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, valuation, financial modelling, and capital markets. Strong analytical, presentation, writing, and client-management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across international teams. Cantonese or Mandarin may be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to help originate and execute transactions, prepare pitches and transaction materials, manage junior staff, coordinate with product specialists, maintain high standards of risk and compliance, and develop trusted senior-client relationships in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
