Job Description

This role supports custody operations for institutional clients, handling transaction processing, settlement, asset servicing, reconciliations, cash and securities movements, and issue resolution. Requirements typically include a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in banking, securities, custody, or financial operations, strong attention to detail, and good English and Mandarin communication skills. Familiarity with settlement processes, market practices, operational controls, and Microsoft Excel is advantageous. The candidate is expected to work accurately under deadlines, investigate discrepancies, follow procedures and regulatory controls, coordinate with internal teams and external clients, and suggest process improvements. Experience with custody platforms, securities markets, or automation would be beneficial.
