The Concierge – Bank role supports residents, visitors and staff in an Avery care home, providing a welcoming, helpful and professional front-of-house service. Typical duties include greeting visitors, answering enquiries, managing reception and telephone calls, supporting hospitality activities, maintaining records and assisting with general administrative tasks. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a friendly and dependable manner, good organisation and basic computer literacy. Previous experience in reception, hospitality, administration, social care or a similar customer-facing role is useful, although attitude and reliability are highly valued.
