The CT Radiographer performs high-quality computed tomography examinations, ensuring patient safety, dignity and comfort throughout the procedure. Requirements typically include HCPC registration, a relevant BSc or equivalent radiography qualification, current professional indemnity cover, and experience in CT imaging. The role may require competence in intravenous cannulation, contrast administration, dose optimisation, infection control and working in accordance with IR(ME)R and local policies. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly with patients and clinical colleagues, maintain accurate records, participate in quality assurance, and work flexibly across sites or shifts.
