The Warehouse Shift Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations during rotating or night shifts, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate handling of stock and customer orders. Requirements typically include experience supervising warehouse, distribution or logistics teams, strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, inventory control and performance management, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.
