Job Description

The Loan Origination Associate—Transformation & Automation supports improvements to lending processes from application through approval and booking. Responsibilities may include mapping workflows, identifying control and efficiency opportunities, coordinating with operations, technology, risk and business teams, documenting requirements, testing automated solutions, analyzing performance data, and supporting implementation and change management. Candidates are generally expected to have a bachelor’s degree, experience in banking, lending, operations, business analysis or process transformation, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and documentation. Familiarity with workflow tools, automation, data analysis, Agile delivery and risk controls is advantageous. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
