Job Description

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring hotel costs, purchasing, inventory, food and beverage consumption, and financial controls. Requirements typically include experience in hotel finance, cost control, purchasing, or accounting; strong Excel and reporting skills; attention to detail; and familiarity with accounting systems. The candidate is expected to review invoices and stock records, investigate variances, prepare regular cost reports, support budgeting, and work closely with the kitchen, restaurant, purchasing, and finance teams. Hospitality experience, sound analytical ability, integrity, and clear communication are important. Knowledge of Singapore regulations and hotel operations would be an advantage.
