Job Description

The Barista prepares and serves high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering friendly, efficient guest service. Responsibilities include taking orders, operating espresso equipment, maintaining presentation standards, handling payments, restocking supplies, and keeping the bar and service areas clean. Candidates should have barista or café experience, strong customer-service skills, basic cash-handling ability, and good knowledge of coffee preparation. A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly during busy periods are expected. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during events is important. Hospitality qualifications and responsible service knowledge may be advantageous.
