The Hotel Porter supports guests on arrival, departure and throughout their stay by handling luggage, arranging transportation, delivering items and providing helpful local information. The role requires a friendly, professional manner, strong communication skills, physical fitness and the ability to work comfortably on your feet while lifting and moving luggage. Previous hotel, guest-service or porter experience is helpful, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be valued more. Candidates should be reliable, well-presented, organised and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A full or appropriate driving licence may be advantageous, and the ability to work effectively in a busy international hotel environment is expected.
