Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, breakfast and function service at Novotel Melbourne Preston. Requirements generally include strong customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, attention to detail, basic food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. Previous hospitality experience is helpful, while responsible service of alcohol certification may be required for applicable duties. Candidates are expected to take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare and clear tables, process payments, maintain hygiene standards, follow workplace procedures and work cooperatively across departments. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is important.
