Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, reports, presentations, and client correspondence, while coordinating appointments, site inspections, events, and follow-up activities. Candidates should have strong administrative and communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, events, or a similar hospitality role is preferred. Fluency in English is generally expected, while Indonesian and other languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be professional, guest-focused, commercially aware, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines while working cooperatively with sales, front office, reservations, and operations teams.
